Why do you think “no”? It’s not that the plants actively “hunt”. They attract prey, yes, but they don’t need a lot of nutrients either. I primarily wonder if these kinds of plants (and which of them) are even edible. I prefer to just look at them.

Without being an expert I think the answer to your question is yes and no.
It depends on the different rules people have for themselves.
These plants have no choice I think. If they don’t eat meat of some kind they will die.
In a more fictional world let’s say in “The day of the triffids” or in “Little shop of horrors” the answer would be “RUUUUN!!!!”
Oh, I have another question: If a plant gets nutrients from the decomposition of a dead body in the soil, can it be said that the plant is “not vegan”?
